Do I still negotiate rates directly with creators?

How does payment work?
Once both sides sign, you fund the deal from your balance and the fee is escrowed. Adding money to your balance carries payment gateway charges (plus 18% GST in India), shown before you pay. Each milestone releases to the creator the moment you approve it.
What happens if a creator misses a deadline or never delivers?
Dabli flags it as soon as it's overdue and lets you send a reminder or extend the deadline. The fee stays escrowed until you approve, and if the work never arrives you can raise a dispute to get it back to your balance.
